All volunteers walking dogs must have submitted a successful application, completed the induction, be over 25 years old and have provided valid photo ID.

 

Onsite volunteers must commit to a regular weekly shift (on a rolling monthly basis). 

 

You would be responsible for light maintenance and cleaning  around the site as well as working with the dogs. This role requires a reasonable level of fitness.

Activities can change day-to-day, but you will be pared with an experienced volunteer during your initial shifts.

 

Hours:

​

• Minimum 3 hours a week.

• Morning shifts run from 10:30 - 13:00.

• Afternoon shifts run from 15:30 - 18:00

 

Your tasks:

​

• Help muck out our stables and clean up after our chickens, goats and horses.

• Clean up the dogs living areas

• Take our dogs for a walk in our secure fields

• Play and socialise with our dogs, maybe teach them the odd trick or two!
