Personality - Duke is only a youngster and he is full of energy which is not surprising given his breed. He needs to learn who is the boss as he can be a little defiant with situations he thinks he can get away with making his own rules! He is initially a dog that is wary of situations but once he settles in he just loves to run and play and we would like to home him with a compatible companion dog. Duke is house trained and doesn't show any significant signs of separation anxiety.

Suitable Home - Duke needs a home with a large garden and owners that can be at home the majority of the time to ensure he is never lonely or bored. He will need two regular and substantial walks each day. Duke is a loyal but nervous dog initially and this must be taken into account when considering his recall. He would be best placed with a confident and compatible companion dog and cannot be homed with cats as he is reactive to them..
