Personality: Just incredible, passive, gentle and super friendly They are great with all the volunteers and dogs at Holbrook. They are practising their lead walking and recall is not likely to be a problem. They are only little dogs, so both will fit easily onto your sofa!
Suitable Home: Please be at home the majority of the time to be able to keep these lovely dogs company and be able to spend time on their training and development. They will need a good sized garden and two fun walks each day.
Additional Information: Their vaccinations are up to date and neutering will need to be carried out at the appropriate time. Personality - Eesha is super friendly and rather excitable as you would expect. She just loves people and dogs; she is great off lead and has no separation anxiety. Eesha would love an Owner who can meet all of her needs and teach/show her the big wide world.

Suitable Home - Eesha needs a new forever home because of her owner's personal circumstances. She is strong and will need an experienced dog owner to continue with her training but she has a fabulous temperament and will make someone very happy! She will need lots of stimulating exercise, a large garden and a compatible companion dog. She chases cats so it needs to be a cat free home.

Additional Information - Eesha will need to be neutered when appropriate. Her vaccinations are up to date.

Personality - Marvin unfortunately came to Holbrook in a sorry state of neglect and the progress he has made in a short space of time with us is outstanding. He is a beautifully mannered dog who has captured the hearts of many at Holbrook. He is very gentle and kind and is loving a new found freedom! Marvin is good with the other dogs but is quite reactive to cats. He's also learning plenty about the outside world and whilst his lead work needs further training (he is quite strong) we feel his recall should soon come as he is very loyal.

Suitable Home - Marvin would like a home with an Owner who has experience with GSD and who can give him all the time, love and guidance in the world. He would need a strong Owner who can give him all the exercise and stimulation required. The home needs to be cat free and whilst it isn't a necessity for him to have another dog in the home, Marvin wouldn't mind meeting others on his walks.

Additional Information - Marvin is neutered and his vaccinations are in process of being updated.

Personality - Chilly is a lovely young dog who is a little on the nervous side initially but once she gets over this, she is very sweet and friendly. She is fine with dogs providing they are introduced correctly and hasn't been properly tested around cats. Chilly is a loyal dog and her recall is mostly good although she can be distracted by the possibility of squirrels. She is also incredibly intelligent and enjoys any form of training.

Suitable Home - Chilly needs a firm and confident person that can demonstrate successful rehoming experience. She will definitely benefit from a companion dog but applications will be considered if she will have contact with other dogs each day on her walks. Chilly needs a more rural location with a large garden and two extensive and interesting walks each days. Although she shows no signs of separation anxiety, we would like her owners to be at home with her the majority of the time.

Personality: This dog is a sweet little poppet when you consider the deprivation she has endured for the great majority of her life. She loves the company of everyone at Holbrook and is always in the thick of it all.
She loves to play with the other dogs but now that she has relaxed into Holbrook life, she has become a bit bossy with some of the dogs.
She isn't cat tested but strong possibility that she will be fine as she is so calm and docile. She is loyal and really loves her off lead walks.

Suitable Home: Are you home the majority of the time and never tire of making a fuss of your dog? Do you have a good sized garden and able to give her two interesting walks each day? She would love a companion dog but he would have to be a large male one! or at least the ability to meet with doggy pals for a play every day.

Personality - Roxy is sublime! She is gentle, loyal and very playful. She is very good with children and great with other dogs. She has good recall and does not have a problem with being left for very short periods. Roxy loves being outside and really enjoys her walks. In fact, it appears that she doesn't have problems!

Suitable Home -Roxy will need a family that is at home the majority of the time and can give her plenty of stimulation and exercise that her energetic breed requires. She would like a home with a compatible companion of a similar age and a large garden. Roxy is good with slightly older children (hence the aged 10+) and she'd love all the affection you can give!

Personality - Mya is a lovely dog; she loves to please you and is very loyal. She is great with the other dogs and has no problem with recall.

Suitable Home - Mya needs lots of human company and lots of stimulation and exercise. She doesn't need to be homed with a companion in the house but would like to have daily contact with other dogs on her walks for example. A rural setting is ideal but as best, a quiet environment and a large garden.

Personality - Willow is a very sweet and loving dog that just loves life! She really enjoys the company of other dogs and sensible children that are dog savvy. She can be a little nervous of strangers initially but soon comes around - perhaps taking a little longer with men. Her recall is fine and she does not have a problem with being left for short periods with her companions.

Suitable Home - Willow is looking for a rural setting or a large garden and plenty of fantastic walks with a companion dog (she does have plenty of energy to burn as her breed would suggest!) This is not a dog for an inexperienced person but she has few hurdles to overcome - can you give her a wonderful life? She will need a compatible companion dog.

Additional Information - Willow will need to be neutered when she is ready and her vaccinations are fully up to date.

Personality - Milo is proving to be a firm favourite at Holbrook: He is a happy dog that is keen to win your affection. He is good with all the dogs and his recall is very good.

Suitable Home - He will need experienced owners who will give him the confidence to continue to behave so beautifully. (In the past he has shown some wariness with men; visitors to the house etc) Simple measures need to be put in place to address any silly behaviours that may emerge and your application must demonstrate your ability to ensure that Milo find the best forever home! He will need a large garden and two interesting walks each day.

Personality - Twix is a very loyal and affectionate dog but very nervous. She is great in the home but worries about noises outside of the home. She has been involved with cats at some point in her early life so could possibly learn to enjoy living with them. Unfortunately, even though she is a very gentle soul, children would be too overwhelming for her.

Suitable Home - Twix would like a patient and experienced owner that can be at home with her the majority of the time. A quiet and structured home in a rural environment and a large garden. It is vital that she is homed with a confident companion dog. She could possibly be homed with cats but it does need to be a child free home.

Additional Information - Twix is fully vaccinated and neutering is being discussed with vet.

Personality - River is very nervous - of almost everything but she is very sweet and loving when she gets to know you. She is loyal and has some degree of recall but needs to be much more confident to be fully trusted. She is fine with dogs and we feel that she would be better in a child and cat free home.

Suitable Home - River would like a very experienced and patient person that is able to be at home with her to give her ongoing training and support. She will need a quiet and structured life and a confident companion dog; a large garden and two interesting and stimulating walks each day. She is of course still a young dog so the ongoing training that comes with a young dog is a must.

Additional Information - River is up-to-date with her vaccinations and will be neutered at the appropriate time.

Personality - Lyle is a little shy and uncertain through lack of experiences in the earlier part of his life. But he is gentle and loyal and very protective of his home and family. He is unsure of meeting new dogs, especially when he is on lead but having a best friend, we know that this can be overcome with practice.

Suitable Home - Lyle is a lovely dog that needs a new home due to owners' circumstances. He will need a compatible companion dog and experienced owners that will be at home the majority of the time. He would also love a big garden, lots of exercise and compatible companion to share life with. He is not tested around cats and children need to be over the age of 12.

Additional Information - Lyle is neutered and fully vaccinated.
