Personality - Dolly is a very sweet natured girl that is capable of rapid bonding! She loves being with people and is entirely tolerant of other dogs. She has not been cat tested but it is clear that she does not have a high prey drive.

Suitable Home - Dolly deserves the best home! She is a lovely dog that will benefit from people being at home with her the majority of the time. She is overweight and needs bringing back to a healthy weight with good food and an exercise plan. She does have a barrel of energy so will require two substantial walks each day and a garden of her own (she loves to chase a ball or a stick.) A companion dog would be great for her but applications will be considered if she is given the opportunity to integrate with other dogs on a daily basis.

Personality - Indie loves people; she is very gentle and easy going. She loves the space she has at Holbrook while she feels confident that she is also secure. Her recall is untested but unlikely to be a problem as she is a very loyal dog. She shows no signs of separation anxiety or guarding issues at this stage.

Suitable Home - Indie would like a home that can provide two substantial walks each day; off lead with the ability to socialise with other dogs. A very kind applicant will need rescue experience and have the time to devote to her ongoing development on learning to live in a home environment. She would like a home either as an only dog or with a male companion as she can be a little dominant. She will need regular grooming, she loves water and is very playful so she would like her own garden to charge around in!

Additional Information - Indie has been neutered and her vaccination programme is in place.

Personality - Vixen is totally gentle and loving in the home and she is living with 2 dogs and a cat.
She is very loyal; has no guarding issues and no separation anxiety.

Suitable Home -Vixen is searching for a home with an experienced owner that has the time to give her ongoing training with lead walking; respect for boundaries and introduction to the outside world and how to behave correctly. She is very energetic and excitable and needs a lot of stimulation and exercise. She will need her new owners to be at home the majority of the time and access to a good sized garden.

Additional Information - Vixen will need to be neutered and the vaccination programme put in place.

Personality - Sizzle is an inquisitive young man who will take a little time to get used to new people but once confident he is a total cuddle bunny. He is fine with other dogs but can be a little dominant of other male dogs in the house and so we would like him to be homed with a female companion of similar age but we will consider applications with no companion dog providing he is able to meet and play with other dogs on a daily basis. He cannot be trusted if he gets the scent of a rabbit and ongoing training is needed with his recall.

Suitable Home - Sizzle would like a female companion dog of similar age or he can be an only dog providing he gets the chance to meet and play with others. His news Owners to be at home the majority of the time (although he shows no signs of separation anxiety.) He will need two interesting and varied walks each day and a good sized garden as he loves sunbathing and pottering around!

Additional Information - Sizzle has no health issues (he is a little nervous at the vets), he is neutered and his vaccinations are up to date.

Personality - Nellie is a week little cuddle bunny who is desperate to find a home that can fulfill all her needs. She can be a little nervous initially but once she is confident, she will follow you everywhere. She is fine with dogs but untested with cats.

Suitable Home - Due to owners' circumstances, Nellie finds herself in the position of needing a new home. She does have a degree of separation anxiety so needs a home with Owners at home the majority of time who have the ability to enhance her training with recall. Nellie will need a home with a confident, young companion dog and also a garden as she loves play. She would love two interesting walks per day too.

Additional Information - Nellie will need to be neutered on vet advice and her vaccination programme is in place.

Personality - Lucky is a very friendly boy with a lovely nature. He is great with people and has no problem with other dogs. He is untested with cats and other animals. He can be left for short periods and his recall is untested.

Suitable Home - Despite his name, Lucky has not had the best of luck in life so far and now that his owner is no longer well enough to keep him, he is looking for his forever home. He deserves to have someone that can be at home with him the majority of the time and give him two lovely walks each day. He will need a good sized garden to practice his passion of ball throwing.

Personality - Eve is an extremely sweet dog who is starting to find her feet at Holbrook. She is gaining confidence daily and enjoys being around the other dogs. Eve has now started joining us on the group walk and she walks nicely on the lead.

Suitable Home - Eve is searching for a quiet home in a rural area as we feel this will help her settle best. She would love a home with a companion and an Owner who can be around most of the day to ensure she gets the training and reassurance required. Eve would love plenty of outdoor space to call her own and lots of new adventures as she learns more about the outside world.

Additional Information - Eve has been neutered and is up-to-date with her vaccinations.

Personality - Tarn is a very loyal and affectionate puppy. He is quite bold and is really enjoying learning to interact with all the dogs at Holbrook.

Suitable Home - Tarn will need a young and confident companion dog. He will need his owner to be at home with him and have the time to give him the love and support he needs to develop into the fabulous dog he promises to become. He will need two interesting walks each day and once fully developed, these will need to be substantial. He will also need a large garden to chase his ball!

Additional Information - His vaccination programme is in place and he will need to be neutered at the appropriate time.

Personality - Layla is a lovely dog who is settling into Holbrook brilliantly. She is already a favourite amongst many of our volunteers and is enjoying being around the other dogs. Her on/off lead training is ongoing and as she does have a prey drive training will need to be continued in her new home.

Suitable Home - Layla is looking for a home in the country that has a large garden as she's really enjoying the lots of outdoor space at Holbrook. She would appreciate two decent walks each day and Owners who can be around to help her settle into her new environment. Layla can either be homed with a middle/large sized companion or if not she needs to have the opportunity to meet dogs on her walks and to enjoy play time.

Additional Information - Layla is neutered and up-to-date with her vaccinations.

Personality - Luna has a lovely disposition. She is a sensitive dog and just wants to please you. She can be wary of people initially (more so men) but if you just pick up a ball you can win her trust! She is great off lead and mixes very well with the other dogs at the Centre.

Suitable Home - Luna needs an experienced and confident person that will have the ability to build on her confidence and bring her to her full potential. She will need the luxury of two substantial walks each day and will need her new owner to be at home the majority of the time and have access to a good sized garden: a rural home would be ideal.

Additional Information - Luna will need to be neutered at the appropriate time and a vaccination programme is in place.

Personality - Athena didn't have the best start to her life but she is loving the freedom she now has at Holbrook. She is nervous of people, especially men, but with a little patience she does bond with people. Athena is really enjoying having the ability to run and play and it is beautiful to see this side of her starting to come out.

Suitable Home - Athena needs an experienced and patient Owner that can demonstrate how they will be able to bring her to her full potential. She will need a confident and compatible companion dog as she thrives in more ways than one from other dogs. A large, secure garden and two interesting walks each day so that she can gradually learn how to enjoy life to the full.

Additional Information - Athena is neutered and her vaccinations are up-to-date.

Personality - Charlie is a very sweet dog who didn't have the best start in life. He's taken a while to come out of his shell but it is really lovely to see his confidence growing each day. He now joins us on the group walk, is off lead and is really enjoying his new lease of life! Charlie is thriving living amongst the other dogs and gains his confidence through watching them and how they respond to new environments, people and situations. Once Charlie gets to know you he loves affection!

Suitable Home - Charlie is looking for an experienced and patient home who will be able to gradually teach him about the big wide world. He needs a home with a young, confident companion dog and no children in the home. Charlie is good in the car and will be looking for at least two fun, stimulating walks each day.

Additional Information - Charlie is neutered and up-to-date with his vaccinations.
