Prince

Prince – Age approximately 2
Dogs – To be homed with a companion dog.
Cats – Not tested
Children – Older, dog respectful children 12+

Dogs – Prince gets on well with all the dogs at Holbrook, he loves to follow their lead and thoroughly enjoys wrestling and playing with them. Due to Prince’s eye-sight [see additional information] we would like him to be homed with a playful companion dog, male or female.

Cats – Prince has not been cat tested therefore we do not know how he will be around cats.

Children – Prince has a beautiful nature about him however due to his poor eyesight we feel that a busy house with young children maybe a little too much for him to navigate easily, therefore we recommend older, dog respectful children of 12 +. All applications will be looked at individually.

Personality – Affectionate, fun, energetic, playful are just a few of the words we would use to describe Prince. He loves people as much as people love him! Prince likes to be in the mix of things and happily initiates play with many of the dog, he enjoys gently wrestling with the dogs but knows when they’ve
had enough. Prince walks ok on lead but will need more training in this area, he is food motivated however due to his eyesight he often takes time to find the treat in your hand. Prince has captured the hearts of just about everyone that has met him so far, he really is a beautiful dog both inside and out and will make a fabulous new family member.

Suitable home – As will all rescue dogs Prince will need someone home most of the time to help him settle. His new family will need to commit to his further training and slow introduction to the big world, which we are sure Prince will love. We will be looking for a home with rescue experience, please use the application form to tell us about past experiences. Prince loves to run and explore, he will not suit a couple of short lead walks a day therefore we will be looking for a home that enjoys the outdoors, visiting different places.

Additional Information
We have noticed something with Prince’s eyesight, he can see but we believe that he can not see as well as he should. This does not affect Prince’s day to day life, he still runs, plays and enjoys life to the full. Prince has an appointment booked with the vet next week, all suitable applicants will be kept updated.
